Prices for THE GATHERING by Arctic Ice Festival 2024

BOOKING STARTS OCTOBER 15TH 2024

15 places including clinics

The package prices includes:

Accommodation and full board: breakfast, lunch-bag, cake/coffee and dinner. The full board will include tab water, tea and coffee all other drinks are not included. Lunch will be a bag to take away.

Clinics with Ice Climbing guides.

The package includes also transfer between Fjellkysten - Evenes airport and transports connected to the workshops. Cars for the transport to the clinics will be provided by us but need to be driven by the participants.

Transfer to Tromsø airport is not included. Participants joining the event from Tromsø can be picked up by us from the Polar Park bus stop of the Arctic Route . The transfer between the bus stop Polar Park and Fjellkysten is included in the Package Price.

The package prices do not include:

Ice climbing / drytooling equipment. You can rent the necessary equipment at AMA

Participation for autonomous ice climbers (no participation in the clinics, use of installed top ropes, prepared locations/areas) can be booked directly by contacting Fjellkysten
